Warm, rain moving in this afternoon and a quick and easy chocolate cake recipe

QUICK AND EASY MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
2 ½ cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
⅔ cup cocoa
⅔ cup salad oil
2 cups water
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
2. Add liquid ingredients; mix well. Batter will be thin.
3. Pour into two greased round cake pans, or one 13"x9" pan; bake about 30-35 minutes
4. For an angel food cake pan bake about 55 minutes. Check with toothpick or cake tester.
