COCONUT ISLES
½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp. soda
⅛ tsp salt
2 cups flour
½ cup grated coconut
3 squares unsweetened chocolate melted with
¼ cup hot coffee
1. Cream butter and sugars.
2. Add chocolate/coffee mixture; mix well.
3. Add egg; mix well.
4. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
5. Stir in coconut.
6. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350⁰ for 10-15 minutes.
