Happy Easter - Rain, clouds and another Shrimp recipe

Happy Easter to one and all. I hope the Easter Bunny was real nice to you.
Today it’s going to be warm, with a high temp near 74ºF. We also have a 40% chance of showers with West winds between 5 and 15 mph. Rain amounts can be up to an inch where thunderstorms occur, other than that, one-tenth of an inch is likely.

SHRIMP CASSEROLE
Serves: 8
1 cup cut-up shrimp
1 ¼ cup soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ small onion, minced
½ small green pepper, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
- Sauté ½ minced onion, and ½ minced green pepper in 2 tbsp. butter.
- Make a cream sauce using 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. melted butter.
- Combine cream sauce and onion and pepper mixture with 1 cup shrimp, 1 ¼ cups soft bread crumbs, 1 tsp. mustard, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Bake slowly at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
