* Until this evening.

* At 04am Tuesday the stage was 12.0 feet.

* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* The river will continue begin to rise again reaching

 12.4 feet this morning. The river will fall below flood stage

 this afternoon.

* Impact... at 12.0 feet... water begins to flood parking lot on front

 street in Augusta.
