* winds... southwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing... winds will increase early Friday morning and peak by

early afternoon.

* Impacts... isolated damaging wind gusts may down trees and

branches... possibly leading to power outages. Driving may be

difficult... especially for high profile vehicles.

A Wind Advisory means strong winds of 31 to 39 mph or gusts of

46 to 57 mph may lead to downed trees and branches... possibly

resulting in scattered power outages. Driving may be difficult...
