Very foggy with black ice and rain coming- the last two full moon dates and times for 2013

Good morning Augusta.

We are under a special statement for dense patchy fog and black ice patches, so pay attention if you're on the road.

This morning it is Partly cloudy in the morning, then overcast with rain showers. High of 50F. Winds from the SE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Tonight it will be overcast with rain showers, then thunderstorms and rain showers after midnight. Fog overnight. Low of 46F. Winds from the SSE at 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 90% with rainfall amounts near 0.3 in. possible.

The readings from my own instruments are:

The humidity is 97% with a Dew Point of 37ºF and a wind chill of37.6 ºF.

The temperature Is 37.4ºF.

We have West winds  between 1.3.0 MPH and 2.6.0 MPH.

Our Barometric pressure is 30.67 HPA 1028 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun.   

We have no UV  rating owing to the dense fog, sunset will be at 4:09 PM with Moon Rise at 4:24 p.m. EST and the moon phase is   a Full Beaver Moon.
