Patchy dense fog early this morning along with icy conditions...

Moist conditions from yesterday's rainfall have led to the

development of locally dense fog. Motorists are advised that rapid

changes in visibilities are possible through 9 am. Visibilities

down to one eighth of a mile are possible. In addition... moisture

may freeze on roadways... creating icy conditions. If you are

traveling this Thanksgiving Holiday... use caution.
