Patchy dense fog early this morning along with a few pockets of

black ice.

Moist conditions have lead to the development of locally dense fog

early this morning. Motorists are advised that rapid changes in

visibilities are likely at times through 8 am or so. Visibilities

down to one eighth mile are possible. In addition... a few

locations... mainly rural low spots are at or a below freezing.

Therefore... a few patches of black ice will be possible through 8

am or so.
