Wet, rainy and under a Flood Advisory

Good Morning Augusta, There is a Flood Watch in effect from 2 PM EDT this
afternoon for us through Monday evening.
The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Flood Watch for portions
of western Maine and New Hampshire.
This advisory includes the following areas in western Maine:
Androscoggin, coastal Cumberland, coastal Waldo, coastal
York, interior Cumberland, interior Waldo, interior York, Kennebec, Knox,
Lincoln, Sagadahoc, southern Franklin and southern Oxford and southern
Somerset.
light to moderate rainfall today will give way to heavier rainfalls
overnight into tomorrow. The highest amounts will be centered along the
coastal plain and foothills. Total rainfall
amounts will be between 1 and 3 inches with locally higher amounts.
Flooding of poor drainage and urban areas is anticipated along with
potential small stream flooding. A few mainstem rivers may approach flood
stage.
Right now it is overcast with a chance of rain, then rain in the afternoon.
High of 54F. Winds from the North at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 90%.
Tonight it will be overcast with rain. Fog overnight. Low of 36F with a
windchill as low as 27F. Winds from the NNE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain
100% with rainfall amounts near 1.1 in. possible.
The readings outside right now, taken from my own weather instruments:
a relative humidity of 93% with a Dew Point of 37.5ºF.
The temperature is 39.4ºF with no wind chill.
Presently we have North Northeast winds between 5.6 mph and 16.3 mph.
Our Barometric pressure is 29.75 and falling with a weather graphic
indicating rain.
We had precipitation overnight of 0.07 inches. There is a lot more coming in
the next day, so be prepared.
Visibility is 10.0 miles with overcast down to 800 feet.
