Special Weather Statement

Good Morning Augusta.
We are under another special weather statement: A high fire danger will
develop in New Hampshire and western Maine today.
Temperatures will warm considerably today as relative humidity values fall
off during the day. Southwest winds will be on the increase today with gusts
up to 20 mph or possibly up to 25 mph at times over New Hampshire and
interior far western Maine. Along the coast of Maine and into eastern
interior areas a sea breeze will develop with more southerly winds expected
today.
The bottom line is that it is dangerously dry and windy today, so DON'T burn
anything!!!
This morning it is partly cloudy. High of 72F. Winds from the South at 5 to
10 mph shifting to the West in the afternoon.
Tonight it will be partly cloudy with a chance of rain. Low of 50F. Winds
from the SSW at 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20%.
The readings outside right now, taken from my own weather instruments:
a relative humidity of 69% with a Dew Point of 51ºF.
The temperature is 61ºF with no wind chill.
Presently we have Southwest winds between 3.5 mph and 4.5 mph.
Our Barometric pressure is 29.91 and rising with a weather graphic
indicating clouds.
We had no precipitation overnight in this area.
Visibility is 10.0 miles with clouds at 7,000 feet.
