Warmer, damp but sun

Good Morning Augusta.
This morning it is overcast with a chance of rain. High of 54F. Winds less
than 5 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Tonight it will remain overcast with a chance of rain. Low of 37F. Winds
from the North at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
The readings outside right now, taken from my own weather instruments:
a relative humidity of 85% with a Dew Point of 39.0ºF.
The temperature is 43.2ºF with almost no wind chill at this time.
Presently we have Northeast winds between 1.8 mph and 4.0 mph.
Our Barometric pressure is 29.73 and rising with a weather graphic
indicating sun.
We had precipitation overnight of 0.9 inches with a possibility of more
expected during the day.
Visibility is 10.0 miles with overcast to 4,000 feet.
As many of you know, I derive my weather readings from a La Crosse WS 2800
weather station that I put out last summer.
It has been up and operational since then, through Hurricane Irene and all
winter without interuption.
IT works very well and has been, in almost all instances more reliable than
the weather instrumentation at our local airport. In fact, there were
instances during the winter when the NWS lost their reporting ability and my
WS 2800 simply kept reporting.
