Windy and partly cloudy

Good morning Augusta Maine.

A high wind advisory remains in effect until 4 this afternoon. Expect winds between 20-30 mph with gusts exceeding 45 mph.

This morning it is partly sunny chance of rain today is 40%, with temps already in the 40s, highs might hit 50. With the winds gusting between 20 and 30 mph and higher, there will be a wind chill as the temps drop today. For those of you who still have a job, take a heavy coat with you when you head to work today.

Tonight it will be partly cloudy with temps dropping to the 20's with Winds being between 15 and 25 mph.

The readings outside right now are:

a relative humidity of 83% with a Dew Point of 39.4ºF.

The temperature is 44.3ºF with a wind chill of 35ºF but that will change as wind velocity increases and the air temp drops today. By the end of the work day its going to be pretty darn chilly.  

The wind velocity at about 8:20 this morning is between 8.0 mph and 12.3 mph out of the Southwest. The highest wind recorded in my cornfield in the past 3 months is 35.6 mph, so lets see if there is going to be a new local record.
