Dark, overcast with freezing rain and flood advisories

Good morning Augusta.

This morning it is light freezing rain with overcast with a chance of rain, then rain in the afternoon. Fog early. High of 48F. Winds from the East at 5 to 15 mph shifting to the South in the afternoon. Chance of rain 100% with rainfall amounts near 0.4 in. possible.

Tonight it will be overcast with rain. Fog overnight. Low of 32F. Winds from the SSW at 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 100% with rainfall amounts near 0.9 in. possible.
