...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN KENNEBEC AND NORTHEASTERN ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM EDT...

At 459 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Turner, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...

Turner, Livermore Falls, Winthrop, Greene, Leeds, Livermore, Fayette, Wayne, Monmouth, Readfield, and Wales.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
