This   morning we have areas of fog and cloudy with showers likely and isolated thunderstorms. Partly sunny with a slight chance of showers this afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall. Highs around 70°F with Northwest winds around 10 mph gusting   to 20 mph. 
Tonight   we’ll have partly cloudy skies during evening hours, then clearing. Patchy fog after midnight with lows in the lower 50s. winds will be West around 10 mph.
We   received 1.67   inches of rain here over the past 24 hours.
The   wind is North Northwest between 1.8 MPH and 8.3 MPH.  .
The   Relative pressure is 29.42, the Absolute pressure is 29.22 and rising with a weather graphic indicating clouds and some rain.  
Our   humidity is 99%, the temperature is 56.7°F, the dew point is 56.4°F  and it feels like   56.7°F.

  * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing. 
  
  * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Maine, including 
  the following counties, in south central Maine, Kennebec and 
  Sagadahoc. In southwest Maine, Androscoggin, Cumberland and York. 
  
  * WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT. 
  
  * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring due to 
  recent rain. 
  
  * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... 
  - At 559 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor 
  flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 
  and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  - Minor flooding could disrupt the morning commute. Plan extra 
  time for travel this morning. 
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include... 
  Portland, Lewiston, South Portland, Auburn, Biddeford, 
  Brunswick, Westbrook, Gardiner, Mechanic Falls and Topsham. 
  
  
  PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... 
  
  Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
  deaths occur in vehicles.
