This morning it is mostly cloudy with areas of dense fog. Scattered showers, then scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times this morning. Highs in the mid 70s with light and variable winds, becoming south around 10 mph this afternoon.

Tonight it will be mostly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms and chance of showers in the evening. Areas of fog after midnight. Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall in the evening. Lows in the lower 60s. Winds will be South around 10 mph in the evening, becoming light and variable.

We received 0.36 inches of rain here over the past 24 hours.

The wind is from the West Southwest between 0.0 MPH and 3.1 MPH.

Waldo, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Androscoggin, and

Coastal Cumberland Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
