Kennebec River At Skowhegan affecting Kennebec and Somerset

Counties.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* IMPACTS...At 35,000.0 cfs, Flooding begins at campgrounds in

Skowhegan.
