The National Weather Service in Gray ME has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Maine...
Kennebec River At Skowhegan affecting Kennebec and Somerset
Counties.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO LATE TOMORROW EVENING.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Kennebec River at Skowhegan.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...Flooding begins at campgrounds along the river near
Skowhegan.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:30 PM EDT Sunday the flow was 29,410.0 cfs and rising.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
afternoon to 45,930.0 cfs just after midnight tonight. It
will then fall and remain below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon to around 30,000.0 cfs, holding through Tuesday
before falling again.
- Flood flow is 35,000.0 cfs.
