Light rain, cooler temps and how to build a balloon carying camera

We have light rain outside today.

This morning it is overcast with a chance of rain. High of 61F. Winds from the West at 5 to 10 mph shifting to the NNW in the afternoon. Chance of rain 30%.

Tonight it will be clear. Low of 39F. Winds from the North at 5 to 15 mph.

The readings from my own instruments are:

The humidity is 97% with a Dew Point of 54ºF and a wind chill of 55.1ºF.

The temperature Is 55.1ºF.

We have East Southeast winds between 1.0 mph and 2.0 mph.

Our Barometric pressure is 30.01 HPA 1016.2 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun.  

We have a UV rating of 0 out of 16, sunset will be at 6:47 PM with Moon Rise at 4:58 p.m. and the moon phase is waxing gibbous.

Yesterday I posted a website an article about how to lift an RC Plane carrying a camera 30 kilometers into the air by using a balloon. Perhaps a bit expensive.

So perhaps just a camera on a balloon teathered to mother earth for around $50  is more atractive to us average garage project types.
