Areas of dense fog early this morning...
The combination of light winds... clear skies... and a moist low
level airmass overnight has allowed for the development of areas
of dense fog early this morning. Visibilities of one quarter mile
or less can be expected in quite a few locations early this
morning. The fog will gradually begin thinning after sunrise.
Until then... motorists should be on the lookout for rapidly
changing visibilities.
