A band of snow... varying in intensity... will affect portions of the Maine mid coast northward and northwestward into central Maine... extending further northwestward into the western Maine and northern New Hampshire mountains into early evening. While accumulations are generally expected to be less than 2 inches... some slippery travel may develop for the evening commute... mainly on secondary roads.
