WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING.
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch, sleet accumulations up to one tenth of an inch, and ice
accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Maine.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation will create slippery
road conditions. Avoid travel if possible. Even light snow or ice
amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
evening commute.
