Areas of black ice are expected to linger and develop on
untreated surfaces this morning. Following last night's light
rain, falling air temperatures and cold ground conditions will
support areas of black ice. Ice is likely to form even in areas
where air temperatures are still above freezing. Please use
caution while driving or stepping outside this morning.
