* WHERE...Kennebec River at Hallowell.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Parking lots along Front Street begin to
flood. Town dock begins to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:54 AM EST Friday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will crest around flood stage with a
maximum value of 11.0 feet this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
