southeastern Franklin County in western Maine...

Kennebec County in south central Maine...
* until 815 am EDT
* at 518 am EDT National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
moderate to occasionally heavy rainfall continuing across the
advisory area. Minor flooding of roads is likely along with rapid
rises on area creeks and streams possible. The rainfall will taper
off around 8 am this morning. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall
will cause elevated levels on small creeks and streams... and ponding
of water on country roads and farmland along the banks of creeks and
streams.
