Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am EDT this morning...

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a dense fog

advisory. which is in effect until 9 am EDT this morning.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less.

* Timing... dense fog will thin and lift between 8 and 9 am.

* Impacts... dense fog will be present through much of the morning

commute. Rapid changes in visibility over short distances will

be likely.

 

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be

reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...

use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
