Flood Warning extended until Friday afternoon.

the Flood Warning continues for

the Kennebec river at Augusta.

* Until Friday afternoon.

* At 05am Wednesday the stage was 13.8 feet.

* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* The river will continue rising to near 19.0 feet by tonight. The river will

fall below flood stage late Friday morning.
