Clear, very wet and cold again

It rained all day yestrerday and snowed last night, so slow down out there. The old man of the North isn't quite done yet.

This morning it is partly cloudy with a chance of snow in the morning, then clear. High of 45F. Breezy. Winds from the NW at 15 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 30%.

Tonight it will be clear. Low of 18F. Winds from the NNW at 5 to 10 mph.
