Hampshire...
* from 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Tuesday morning
* heavy rain and thunderstorms may result in flash flooding
washing out roads and causing rapid rises on area rivers and
streams.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
