Flash Flood Watch, overcast and very humid

Good morning Augusta.
Remember folks, we're under a flood watch...
This morning it is overcast with thunderstorms and rain showers. High of
77F. Winds less than 5 mph. Chance of rain 70% with rainfall amounts near
0.3 in. possible.
Tonight it will be Overcast with a chance of a thunderstorm and rain
showers. Fog overnight. Low of 59F. Winds less than 5 mph. Chance of rain
60% with rainfall amounts near 0.9 in. possible.

The temperature is 70.6ºF.
We have virtualy no winds puffing between 0.9 mph and 1.3 mph.

graphic indicating sun, but we DO have rain on the way today.
