* From late tonight through Friday evening.
* Showers and scattered thunderstorms ahead of a warm front will
produce heavy rainfall across the area overnight into Friday
leading to sharp rises on rivers and streams.
* Expect sharp rises on rivers and streams to near bankfull
overnight into the day on Friday. Embedded thunderstorms will
produce locally heavier rainfall amounts with the potential for
localized flash flooding.
