Cloudy and wet with fog

Good morning Augusta.
We are under a Flood Watch, so slow down when you see standing or moving
water on the road!
This morning it is overcast with a chance of rain. Fog early. High of 75F.
Winds less than 5 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Tonight it will be overcast with rain showers, then a chance of a
thunderstorm and rain showers after midnight. Fog overnight. Low of 59F.
Winds less than 5 mph. Chance of rain 90% with rainfall amounts near 0.5 in.
possible.
The readings from my own weather instruments are:
The humidity is 50% with a Dew Point of 42.1ºF and a wind chill of 61.0ºF.
The temperature is 61.0ºF.
We have almost no winds puffing between 1.6 mph and 2.7 mph.
