Cold morning

Good morning Augusta.  

This morning it is partly cloudy. High of 39F with a windchill as low as 21F. Winds from the West at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight it will be clear in the evening, then partly cloudy. Low of 19F. Winds less than 5 mph.
