This morning we have snow changing to  rain this afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times. Total snow accumulation of 4 to 7 inches. Warmer with highs in the lower 40s. Winds will be East 15 to 20 mph, becoming southeast this afternoon. Gusts up to 45 mph. Tonight we'll have a chance for rain showers in the evening. Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of snow showers. Lows around 19°F with south winds around 10 mph, becoming west after midnight. The wind direction is South southeast  between 2.0 MPH and 4.9 MPH.
