Warmer and more humid

Good morning Augusta This morning we have sunshine and a few clouds. The expected high will be near 85F. Winds will be out of the W at 10 to 15 mph. Tonight we’ll have clear skies with Lows near 60F. National Weather Service Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Farmingdale... moving to the northeast at 25 mph. * Very heavy rain is falling... and will cause water to pond on roadways and quickly fill roadside ditches and small streams. Expect frequent cloud to ground lightning with this storm. * Locations impacted include...  Augusta.  Gardiner.  Hallowell.  Farmingdale.  and Windsor.   Precautionary/preparedness actions... Prolonged heavy rainfall may cause water to flow over the roadway. Do not drive your vehicle where the Road has become flooded.
