Good morning Augusta. This morning it is overcast in the morning, then mostly cloudy. Fog early. High of 77F. Winds from the North at 5 to 10 mph. Tonight it will be partly cloudy. Low of 57F. Winds less than 5 mph. The readings from my own instruments are: The humidity is 84% with a Dew Point of 62ºF with a temp of 66.1ºF. Maine counties included are Androscoggin Aroostook Cumberland Franklin Hancock Kennebec Knox Lincoln Oxford Penobscot Piscataquis Sagadahoc Somerset Waldo Washington York   Special Statement Statement as of 12:44 PM EDT on July 23, 2014 Heat indices in the mid to upper 90s this afternoon... The combination of temperatures reaching the lower 90s and dewpoint values in the lower 70s will yield heat indices in the mid to upper 90s this afternoon. Wear loose fitting clothing... drink plenty of water... and stay out of the sun if possible. Winds less than 5 mph. The readings from my own instruments are: The humidity is 85% with a Dew Point of 54ºF and temp is 61.9ºF. Our wind direction is North Northwest between 1.3 MPH and 2.5 MPH.   Our Barometric pressure is   30.54 HPA 1023 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun.
