Dense Fog Advisory   Statement as of 2:31 am EST on January 13, 2013 Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST this morning. * visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times. * Timing... overnight through around 9 am Sunday. * Impacts... poor visibility will require motorists to drive slower. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down... use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

Good afternoon Augusta, its still foggy out there. This morning it is overcast with ice pellets and a chance of rain, then a chance of rain in the afternoon. Fog early. High of 43F. Winds less than 5 mph. Chance of precipitation 40% . Tonight it will remain overcast with a chance of rain, then a chance of snow and a chance of rain after midnight. Fog overnight. Low of 34F.
