central Androscoggin, northwestern Lincoln and north central

Sagadahoc Counties through 500 PM EDT...

At 435 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong showers near

Winthrop, or 9 miles northwest of Gardiner, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...

Augusta, Gardiner, China, Litchfield, Farmingdale, Manchester,

Hallowell, Winthrop, Greene, Chelsea, Jefferson, Leeds, Windsor,

Wales, Whitefield, Monmouth, Pittston, West Gardiner, Randolph, and

Richmond.

This includes the following highways...

Interstate 295 between mile markers 47 and 51.

Interstate 95 between mile markers 89 and 90, and between mile

markers 93 and 114.
