LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING.

Areas of fog, some dense, have developed overnight and early this

morning. Visibility of a quarter mile or less will continue to be

possible at times. The fog has been slow to dissipate so far this

morning but is expected to clear by mid-morning.

Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly

changing visibilities. Slow down and allow extra distance between

vehicles. Always use low beams when driving in the fog.
