LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING.

Areas of fog, locally dense, have developed overnight. Visibility

of a quarter mile or less will be possible, particularly in river

valleys and other low-lying areas.

Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly

changing visibilities. Slow down and allow extra distance between

vehicles. Always use low beams when driving in the fog.
