This morning we have patchy fog with Rain this, then snow and rain this afternoon with visibility one quarter mile or less at times. Snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Highs around 40°F. East winds around 10 mph, becoming north 15 to 20 mph gusting to 35 mph this afternoon.

Tonight we'll have clouds with snow, mainly in the evening. Total snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. Lows around 18°F. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph gusting to 40 mph. Wind chill values as low as zero tonight.
