  This   morning we have partly sunny skies with a slight chance of rain showers and isolated thunderstorms during afternoon hours. Highs in the lower 60s with light and variable winds, becoming southwest around 10 mph this afternoon.  
  Tonight   we'll have partly cloudy conditions during evening hours, clearing. Patchy fog after midnight. Lows around 40°F. Winds are light and variable gusting to 20 mph in the evening.
