In preparation for Haloween I decided to give all of you some real-world ghostly tales that they are free to accept or reject depending upon how you look at things that go bump in the night.

So, how about a web site or two that deals with the real world problem of trying to sell a haunted house?

No kidding, in many states real estate law requires a seller to disclose whether or not it is haunted.

Apparently the debate over whether or not ghosts are real ends when a bank and mortgage comes into the picture.

Anyway, the URL below features anarticle about the purchase of a haunted house. I hope you enjoy it. The other web site is for a real estate outfit in California (where else?) that will handle haunted listings.

Enjoy.
