* Temperatures... in the in the upper 20s to mid 30s.

* Timing... temperatures will dip into the upper 20s to mid 30s

after midnight.

* Impacts... frost or freezing temperatures likely.

A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor

plants may be killed if left uncovered.
