Happy Halloween - Beware of the ghosts/goblins that will be out and about tonight

Good morning Augusta.

This morning it is partly cloudy in the morning, then overcast. High of 50F. Winds less than 5 mph.

Tonight it will be overcast in the evening, then mostly cloudy. Low of 39F. Winds from the NNE at 5 to 10 mph. As sunset approaches there will be an increased possibility of ghosts, goblins and assorted undead walking the streets. Dragon sightings are at an increased level and private poilots are cautioned to watch for broom-borne witches and warlocks.

Our wind direction is East between 0.1 MPH and  1.1 MPH.

The UV rating is 0 out of 16, Sunrise is at 7:14 a.m. sunset is 5:29  PM and Moon Rise is at 1:56 p.m. EDT and the moon phase is   in its first quarter.
