We had rain here in the amount of 0.05 inches over the past 24 hours.

Odd weather note: Check today's long range forecast about the hurricane out in the Pacific that has just hit Hawaii. IT is slated to move east to the Vancouver B.C. area, continue to the Great lakes region and then end up over Maine as our weather system for the end of this coming week.

Why are we importing Pacific hurricanes to the east coast? Aren't the usual number of Atlantic hurricanes that rain on us enough?

And another thing – don't you think that California needs that rain a lot more than we do?
