strong thunderstorm centered 3 miles northwest of Vienna... or about

10 miles southeast of Farmington... moving southeast at 15 mph. This

strong thunderstorm will affect areas in and around New Sharon...

Vienna... Mount Vernon... Rome... Fayette... Readfield... Belgrade...

Oakland... Manchester and Winslow through 7:45 PM EDT.

 

Hail up to three quarter inch in diameter... heavy downpours...

excessive cloud-to-ground lightning and gusty winds of 35 to 45 mph

can be expected.
