East Central Cumberland County in southwestern Maine... * Until 1145 AM EDT. * At 837 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. * Additional runoff will continue after the rainfall ends. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
