Now that Thanksgiving is over with, here’s your first of several recipes for all of that leftover Turkey.
And another thing, don’t sweat the calories. Nobody starts their holiday diet until January 2.
*TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
Serves 6 or 8
1 can cream of chicken soup
¾ cup nonfat milk
3 cups diced cooked turkey
1 (10 oz) box) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 (16 oz) box stuffing mix (prepared according to directions) OR use 8 to 10 cups of leftover dressing
Heat soup and milk, just enough to be able to mix well. Pour into a greased 9” x 13” baking dish. Layer turkey over the soup; layer the broccoli on top. Top with stuffing or stuffing mix. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
