...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTH CENTRAL

KENNEBEC...WEST CENTRAL LINCOLN AND SAGADAHOC COUNTIES...

At 241 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered 7 miles southeast

of Litchfield, or 8 miles northeast of Topsham, moving northeast at

10 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these

storms.

Locations impacted include...

Brunswick, Bath, Gardiner, Topsham, Wiscasset, Litchfield, Woolwich,

Lisbon, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Dresden, Edgecomb, Alna, Richmond, West

Gardiner, Pittston and Westport.

This includes Interstate 295 between mile markers 30 and 51.
